Email Deletion Standard Q & A Presentation

After conducting a survey of other University of California campuses to determine whether any have established email deletion standards or policies, the only standard identified is from the UC Office of the President (UCOP), which classifies all email as transitory records, irrespective of content. In contrast, we are considering a more refined approach that focuses on evaluating the content itself, regardless of the medium in which it resides.
